Deer Hunting

The Nicholas Ranch is located in Live Oak County between George West and Three Rivers Texas. The ranch is completely fenced and under intense feeding and genetic programs that can produce incredible Texas whitetails. Our bloodlines are all Texas native. While other ranches bring in northern genetics, we took what the great state of Texas gave us and made them better. 

Hunts are very limited. We don't overbook or take more trophies than the Ranch can support, and we only take two hunters at a time. Hunts include four nights lodging at the Ranch in our two bedroom camp house, three days one-on-one guided hunt and all meals.
